My son and I shared the Wagyu Beef as it was then closest we could find to his favourite meat lovers. It was really delicious, great chewy/fluffy base and crispy pepperoni. Plenty for two people to share. The staff were really friendly and the service was quick even though it seemed quite busy.
Decided to give the Medici Pizza Van a go when it was down in Brighton and went in with mixed feelings and a few reservations, like how good could pizza from a van be? To my amazement, the pizza was awesome! We ordered the Hawaiian and a BBQ Chicken, both were awesome. Cooked perfectly, lots of toppings, but not overdone. Only thing I wish they had was a garlic pizza! Great service, food, and timing was perfect. Give it a go!
Small corner shop, mainly takeaway, but there are a few tables and chairs here if you want to dine in. We had 2 large pizzas takeaway. They were reasonably priced and decent sized. The bacon and cheese was tomato based and was exactly what was promised. The bacon had a nice smokey flavour/taste and was covered in cheese on a nice crunchy pizza base. The other pizza was a Medici, with tasty Italian sausage, olives, mushroom, semi dried tomato and mozzarella on a tomato base. Also very nice and crispy base. This was comfort food for a rainy day. Yum yum.
I love the fact they have mini pizzas ready to go!! I walked past when I was searching for something for dinner and spotted this! Perfect when you are by yourself and craving pizza. Loved that I didn't have to order a normal sized one for myself! I had the BBQ Chicken and it was delicious the dough was super light and fluffy which was not expected
Was just needing a snack, and their pizzas look great from the window, and many people go in and out so we tried. It was one of the best takeaway pizza we had, the sauce and topping very tasty, very balanced with the sweetness and savoury. The base was slightly chewy but that’s because we only got the ones already made in at the window on the rack. Would love to try their fresh ones. Also would be nice if there were more seats as we just wanted to eat on the spot. Would love to eat more if we werent so full!
The pizza dough was fluffy and tasty—something I really enjoyed, though it might not be for everyone. I loved the mini-sized pizzas, which are perfect for one person. Plus, there were several topping options to choose from. Definitely worth trying!
These are the best pizzas in Hobart. They are the perfect size, fluffy and crispy and they don't skimp on the toppings. The price is excellent too, you can't get a pizza for $10 anywhere else these days. Come here often for lunch during work and it's always a 2 minute in and out trip. Love Medici
Great pizza in the middle of Hobart. The base was deliciously fluffy - almost like a focaccia. Toppings were generous - we got the pulled pork pizza and it had a great flavour combo (for those who like pineapples on pizza 🤠) Shout out to the guy who chased after the drunk lady who stole our pizza LMAO. I’ve never seen a man run so fast in the rain. 10/10 customer service. Highlight of our visit ✨Hope your pillow is cold on both sides 🫶
Gread pizzas and great service. My favourite is the peri peri chicken. Highly recommended to anyone looking for good pizzas.
Such a gem in the middle of Hobart. Pizzas are always good quality - we've tried heaps of different ones now and haven't had a bad experience. The corner location is handy too.
